About Dave Fairty

It has been an honor to have been embedded in the fabric of northwestern Connecticut since the early 90s.  I drove through Kent, Connecticut on my way north only to discover the magic here and had to stay.  Being able to share my love of this beautiful corner of the world and serve others has been one of my greatest joys.  I couldn't be more enthusiastic to call this place home and share my depth of knowledge of the area and the industry with my clients.

I came from a long line of Connecticut natives dating back to the early 1700s when my family settled in New Canaan.  I did leave this beautiful state in order to serve in the Navy where I was a crewman on the USS Enterprise.  Following my tour of duty, I worked at Sikorsky Aircraft as Lead Electronics Technician on Marine One for then President Reagan and subsequently President Bush.

I enjoy taking full advantage of the miles of hiking trails, multitudes of streams and tributaries for fishing, and cruising the hills in one of my antique cars or motorcycles.  The sheer serenity and beauty of the area have convinced me that the northwest corner of Connecticut is one of the greatest places on the planet.  Which is one of the reasons I chose to be in real estate.  Through real estate I get to be of service to my clients and work diligently to hep them along their journey.  My goal is to provide an experience of joy, excellence, and service that surpasses expectations.  I can honestly say I love what I do and look forward to going to work every single day.
