Courtenay owned and managed the Forestburgh General Store in Sullivan County for 9 years. While managing the store, she started her Real Estate career to help build and strengthen her small community.

In 2025, Courtenay moved with her family from Upstate New York to Woodridge Lake in Goshen. After 7 years of Real Estate experience in New York, Courtenay brings her upstate expertise to the Litchfield county area. Licensed in Connecticut and New York, Courtenay is committed to making each transaction as smooth and stress-free as possible.
